**Depending on your monitor
size and screen resolution, you may need to use the zoom

button has a large + on it. This will help you
to see the floorplan in more detail.
***Please note that ALL corner booths are a
minimum 10 x 20. We do not sell any 10 x 10 corner
booths. This allows for an open feel when walking down
the aisles of the show.

word out about the show, we are asking all exhibitors to
place one of these banners on their website. With a little
help from each of you, we can reach a much broader
audience. We not only want to help promote the show, but we
also want you to be excited about being a part of the show.

Space Payments

to download the credit card payment form*. Exhibitors can fill out
the payment form and fax it back to our office at 253-756-6898.
A receipt will follow in the mail within 5 business days.
Exhibitor Manual
Check back in January to download the
exhibitor manual.
The show manual includes information about everything that has to do
with move-in, plus much more.
Phone / Internet Order Form
Download form here. The Tacoma Dome now subcontracts all phone/internet services through
Rainier Connect of Tacoma.
Lighting
Check back in December to download the
electrical order form. Hollywood Lights is the official electrical company of the show.
Each booth at the show includes a 500 watt outlet. If you
require extra wattage or any other specific lighting/electrical
needs, please contact Hollywood Lights directly at 1-800-547-2353 or
online at
www.hollywoodlights.biz. The show order code is THGS10.
Drape / Carpet / Furniture
Check back in December to download the
decorator kit. Trade Show Supply House is the official decorator of the show.
Each booth at the show includes 8' high back drape and 3' high side
drape. Please contact Bryan Brammer at 360-624-4498 if you
require a skirted table, carpet, or extra furniture. Please
order at least 2 weeks prior to the show to get the special
pre-order discount.
