In an effort to help get the
word out about the show, we are asking all exhibitors to
place one of these banners on their website. With a little
help from each of you, we can reach a much broader
audience. We not only want to help promote the show, but we
also want you to be excited about being a part of the show.

Custom Exhibitor Coupons
We can design a custom exhibitor
coupon for you to give to current customers with your company logo
on it. This coupon is great for emailing or to just print out and
place in your office. And best of all, its completely FREE!
The custom coupons will be available and
emailed 3 - 5 weeks prior to the show. Send us your
company logo (either in .jpeg, .eps, .pdf, or .ai formats) via email
to
kylea@otshows.com. Please include your company logo,
contact information, company name, and the email address you would
like the coupon delivered.
Space Payments

to download the credit card payment form*. Exhibitors can fill out
the payment form and fax it back to our office at 253-756-6898.
A receipt will follow in the mail within 5 business days.
Exhibitor Manual
This will be available for download 3 - 5
weeks prior to the show. The show manual includes information about everything that has to do
with move-in, plus much more.

The Tacoma Dome now subcontracts all phone/internet services through
Rainier Connect of Tacoma. Please fill out form and fax to the
Tacoma Dome administration office.
Lighting
This will be available soon. Hollywood Lights is the official electrical company of the show.
Each booth at the show includes a 500 watt outlet. If you
require extra wattage or any other specific lighting/electrical
needs, please contact Hollywood Lights directly at 1-800-547-2353 or
online at
www.hollywoodlights.biz.
Drape / Carpet / Furniture
This will be available soon. Trade Show Supply House is the official decorator of the show.
Each booth at the show includes 8' high back drape and 3' high side
drape. Please contact Bryan Brammer at 360-624-4498 if you
require a skirted table, carpet, or extra furniture. Please
order at least 2 weeks prior to the show to get the special
pre-order discount. *You
